All colleges, universities, and partner institutions intending to participate in the InventOR program must register their institution each cycle. Please complete the following form and submit it no later than December 31st for participation in the upcoming year’s cycle.
The Regional Innovation Jam welcomes students, alumni, educators, and community members to join this dynamic, hands-on innovation experience. All are invited to participate, whether competing, collaborating, mentoring, or supporting the event.
To meet InventOR’s grant reporting and accountability requirements, everyone participating in an Innovation Jam must complete this registration form, even if they are not competing. This includes students, alumni, high school participants, community members, as well as mentors, judges, faculty, facilitators, staff, and organizers contributing expertise or support.
Once a Host Institution for a Regional Innovation Jam has been identified, they must complete the following form to officially register their event(s) and begin the vendor onboarding process. This information is required to set up contracting and ensure the institution is eligible to receive reimbursement after the event(s) are completed.
