A Customer Empathy Map was made to determine the target customer/audience that the site would mainly market towards, ever before the Website was created.
The Nöz Website I created is comprised of a few elements including:
Value Proposition
Brand Visuals (Brand logo, colors, fonts, photography, etc.) - provided by a Brand Guidelines Workbook and any other Marketing Campaign Briefs
SEO - Keyword Research & Site Meta Tags
Landing Page Optimization - Trust Badges & Product Page [Customer] Reviews Section
A/B Testing - On the CTA button's color, residing on the Nöz Site Home Page
Promos & Offers - Adding Homepage Banner & Shipping Discount Code
Once these core elements of the site were implemented, they were to be presented in a Google Slides Presentation. This served as an overview about all of the Website's changes over time (over the duration of my Internship Program).
