PART OF TERM (POT) DATES

• Summer 2026 Part of Term (POT) for Faculty will display the length of class, start dates, end dates, and the grading window for each part of term.  

• Summer 2026 Part of Term (POT) for Department Scheduling will display the complete part of term planning information which also includes the start dates, end dates, and grading windows in addition to more information including the dates for adding, dropping, changing grade option, and withdrawing from courses.

• Academic Credit Hour Policy provides some guidance for calculating class time needed in a compressed schedule for parts of term less than the typical 10 weeks.
