OUR SAFE SPACE COMMITMENT

Stephen Lewis Secondary School and Student Services endeavour to ensure that all students feel safe and secure at all times. We want SLSS to be a place of safety and where human rights are upheld.

The YBB Program provides confidential services for youth ages 12-17 who identify as 2SLGBTQ+. The program offers in-person and/or virtual individual counselling, weekly youth groups, and community capacity building around 2SLGBTQ+ inclusion.

PFLAG Canada is a national charitable organization, founded by parents, that offers support, resources, and education to individuals and families on issues of sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression.

The 2SLGBTQ+ Collaborative is made up of 13 organizations working in the community service sector.

The Get Real Movement strives to make positive environments for 2SLGBTQ+ youth and allies through mentorship. They offer workshops, free virtual counselling, and hold events around the GTA.
