On this page, we share our PAS Action Plan for Disrupting and Dismantling Anti-Black Racism and other forms of oppression in our education system, and in particular our school culture.

We also share the PAS Equity Action Toolkit, which we designed to support staff, students, and families in developing their ability to examine their reactions and embrace equitable and inclusive actions.

Our intent is to remove barriers to success experienced by marginalized students and create greater opportunities for marginalized students to demonstrate leadership and excellence as we build a school culture grounded in equity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
