Regional Learning Choices Programs (RLCP) empower students by providing an opportunity to develop and explore skills in a particular area of interest. The Peel board provides elementary students from across Brampton, Mississauga and Caledon with six different Regional Learning Choices Programs. The programs are open to all eligible students. All programs begin in grade 6, except for the Arts program South of Highway 401, which is held at Queen Elizabeth P.S and starts in grade 7.
Please note that students in the Elementary Regional Learning Choices Program will not automatically be accepted into the same program for high school. They must apply to the Secondary RLCP in the same way all other students are applying and participate in the same assessment process.
