Ms. Carissa Cotta has been a librarian for 13 years and an ELA teacher before that. In addition to administering the secondary library, she teaches in-person and online classes, monitors study hall and VHS students, and is the advisor for the PHS yearbook.
Ms. Cotta's focus is helping students develop a love of reading, igniting students' curiosity for exploration, collaborating with teachers on grade-level curriculum and research projects, and increasing awareness of healthy digital habits. She enjoys hiking, camping, snow skiing, reading (of course!), and spending time with friends and family.
