Food tickets for JS Families can be picked up Tuesday or Wednesday after school.
WHERE TO GET YOUR TICKETS
Tickets will be ready for pickup on Tuesday, June 17th & Wednesday, June 18th.
If you pre-ordered your food and drinks, your tickets will be sorted for pickup by your oldest child's homeroom at PCA. Please note how you will receive your order:
Senior School: Students will receive their tickets orders from Mr. Choi starting on Monday, June 9th, before the exam period begins.
Early Learning Centre (ELC): You will receive your ticket order, when you pick up your child.
Middle School: Ticket orders will be given directly to students to take home starting on Monday, June 16th. Please remind them to store the order envelope in a safe place in their school bag, immediately upon receiving them from Mr. Lee.
Junior School: You can pick up your tickets from the PaC table located on the sidewalk outside, between Door 3 and Door 4:
> Tuesday, 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.
> Wednesday, 3:00 - 4:30 p.m.
If it will rain during the order pickup times, PaC will be located inside the Cafeteria instead.
TICKET PICKUP AT PAC TABLE
For all prepaid orders, you must present photo ID before an order will be released to you.
IF SOMEONE ELSE IS PICKING UP YOUR ORDER FOR YOU
If the person picking up the tickets will not be the same person as the Parent Contact on the order, please email pac@pca.ca to let us know who to expect. Forward your order confirmation email. In the subject line, enter the order number and name of the person who will be picking up the tickets.
e.g. Subject: Pickup Order #15 - Jane Doe
ORDER VERIFICATION
Before leaving the pickup table, please verify that you have received the correct type and quantity of food and drink tickets that you have paid for. Any discrepancies should be resolved immediately with PaC.
