UPDATE:

June 19, 2025 at 10 am - PaC is still actively monitoring the weather forecast. Should rain or high winds be expected during the event period, we have a plan to open up some classrooms as eating areas and food stations, depending on the forecast.  We may move some or all carnival games into the gyms.  We will confirm closer to the event start, what the event layout will be.  Please look out for signage that may redirect you to other areas.

If you are bringing your own canopy tent for shade, please keep in mind the wind conditions, as weights may need to be attached to the tent legs.

The Parents Committee (PaC) is excited to be hosting our third annual Night Market, as a PCA community celebration on the last day of school.  

This is a fundraising event featuring a variety of food stations set up at PCA.  A portion of food sales goes towards the PaC fund, which benefits the parents, students and staff in our Christian school community.

Date:  Thursday, June 19, 2025

Time:  5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Place:  Parking Lot at PCA

The last day of school ends at the regular dismissal time (3:20-4:00 p.m.)  However, families are invited to return anytime after 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. to enjoy some food together outdoors.  Please note that Homework Club will not be offered on this day; all students must be picked up by 4 p.m.  

New this year, we will be offering a $3 game pass that allows children to play some carnival-type games.  The pass can only be purchased with cash at the event.  For $2, kids can also have a balloon sculpture made on the spot.

Seating will be primarily set up for outdoor eating.  Depending on how busy it is, you may want to bring your own camp chair or picnic blanket for the most flexibility in terms of seating location and availability.  However, seating may be set up indoors, depending on The Weather Network's forecast.  Let's all pray that we will be blessed with comfortable, dry weather on June 19th! 

Mark it in your family's calendar.  This will be a 2.5 hour event.  Come back early before an evening class for a snack or dinner, or come afterward to let your kids socialize with friends over bubble tea and dessert.
