Checks while uploading Permanent Address Proof

The Permanent Address Proof picture should not be blurred or cropped
It should not be taken with flash or in low light conditions
Pictures of xerox copies of the document will not be accepted

The following documents can be accepted as Permanent address proof:

Aadhaar Card

Both the front and back sides of the document shall be required
The name and date of birth on the document should match the name on the application
The document should have a complete address with a PIN Code
The documentation identification number on both the front and back sides of the document should match

Voter ID Card

Both the front and back sides of the document shall be required
The name and date of birth on the document should match the name on the application
The document should have a complete address with a PIN Code
The documentation identification number on both the front and back sides of the document should match

Passport

The first and last pages' pictures shall be required
The name and date of birth on the document should match the name on the application
The document should have a complete address with a PIN Code
It should be a valid document
The documentation identification number on both the front and back sides of the document should match

Driving License

Both the front and back sides of the document shall be required
The name and date of birth on the document should match the name on the application
The document should have a complete address with a PIN Code
It should be a valid document
The documentation identification number on both the front and back sides of the document should match
