What is Digital CPV?
Digital CPV (Customer Physical Verification) is a process used to verify the current address of an applicant through digital means. It provides a convenient and efficient way to verify customer addresses while minimizing the need for physical documentation and visits.
Digital CPV Procedure:
Once your application is submitted, you will receive a customer verification SMS from PaySense
Click on the link provided in the SMS to initiate the digital verification process
Grant the required location and camera permissions as prompted
Please ensure that you initiate the digital verification from your current address
The link will be valid for 48 hours, so complete the process within this timeframe
Make sure you are present at the current address during the verification process
During the digital verification, you will be required to click 10 pictures like
