Each of your children who is subscribed to payGO at CNG will have a digital wallet called "Libre". In this page you will learn how to recharge one or more of your children's wallets at a time.
Click on "Pagos y Recargas" (payments and refills) in the main menu.
If you are on the account status page ("Estado de Cuenta"), you can also go to the payments and refills by hitting "Recargar" (refill) at the bottom of that page.
The first column on the left-hand side of each page, labeled "Descripción" (Description), has the name of each wallet, and to its left there is a checkbox to indicate which wallets you wish to refill. In the case of CNG, every wallet is called "Libre" and each child has just that one wallet.
If you have more than one child allowed to purchase from the same service provider, you'll be able to refill the wallets from all of your children in just one transaction if you wish to do so.
Just check on the box next to the wallets you wish to refill.
Next to each wallet there's a field where you can type the amount in pesos you wish to refill.
Type in the amount you want to refill.
The "Pagar" (Pay) button is located at the bottom of the digital wallet. When you click on that button, the app will take you to the Payment Confirmation ("Confirmar Pago") page.
At the top of the "Confirmar Pago" (payment confirmation) page there's a table that indicates which wallets you're about to refill, and by what amount.
Review this table and make sure those are the transactions you wish to make. If not, go back to the payments and refills ("Pagos y Recargas") page and begin the process again.
Now please fill out the form labeled "Información adicional del pago" (additional payment info), which requieres you to indicate if the payment is being made by a person or a company, along with the bank's name and the payer's first name, last name and ID.
The "Pagar" (Pay) button is at the bottom of the form named "Información adicional del pago" ( additional payment info.).
Your browser will open a new tab with the PSE login page. Please proceed with your bank's instructions for the PSE payment.
NOTE: If you don't have an account registered for PSE payments, you must complete this process with your bank first.
