You'll receive an email from payGO with "notificaciones de saldo bajo" (low balance notifications) every time your child's pockets reach a minimum balance for any given service provider, as long as the option has been set for that wallet in "Configurar Subcuentas" (setting subaccounts).

In the top black bar next to the right of the service provider, you'll find the name of the consumer that you wish to set the low balance notifications for.
If you have more than one child, click on the name that is on display and a drop down menu will show the names of your other children, choose the one you wish to set the low balance notifications for.

In the main page table, the first column displays the name of the subaccount or pocket. In the third column named "Email alerta saldo bajo" (low balance notification email), there's a switch that reads "Recibir" (to receive). Click on the switch to swap states and choose if you will receive (green "si", yes) or will not receive (grey "no")low balance notifications for that subaccount/pocket.
