The instructions on this page permit you to recover your password from the web application, or from the iOS or Android app.
On your browser go to http://clients.paygo.cards or open the iOS or Android app if you already have it installed.
Click on the blue link that says "Restablecer contraseña" (Restore password) located below the button labeled "Ingresar" (Enter).
Type in the email with which you subscribed to payGO and click on "Enviar" (Send).
You will receive an email in your inbox with the subject "Restablecer Contraseña PayGo" and a text message that includes a link to restore the password. If it is not in your inbox, please look for it in the "Spam" folder.
Click on the blue link right below the main text.
PLEASE NOTE: Each restore password request is valid for 20 minutes. The link “Restablecer contraseña” (restore password) will be available only for that period of time, if you don't change your password within that period of time, you will have to start the process again from the beginning.
The link in the email will take you to a page where you'll be able to write your new password. Type your new password on both fields and click the "Guardar" (Save) button.
REMEMER: your new password must have at least 8 characters, at least one upper case, at least one lowercase and at least one number. It must be typed in exactly the same in both fields.
