The "Estado de Cuenta" (Account Status) page will display the ID data and each pocket's balance per child. You will also be able to activate and deactivate each of your children's accounts, as well as initiate wallet recharges.
Once you log in you'll be able to view the account status per child by clicking on "Estado de Cuenta" (account status) on the main menu.
In the upper right section, next to the service provider on the right, you'll fin the consumer's name, the child that'll be making purchases using the digital wallet. If you have more than one child enrolled, you may click on the child's name that is showing and a drop down menu will appear with the names of your other children.
Next to the consumer's name, a control similar to an energy switch is shown, named "Activo" (active). This consumer's account will remain active as the status remains on "SÍ" (yes), and will be inactive when the status si switched to "NO". By clicking in the switch you´ll be able to activate or inactivate your child's account. While the account is inactive, your child won't be able to use the payGO digital wallets.
Next to the consumer's balances, you'll find the"Recargar" (refill) button. Click to refill the digital wallets. The application will take you to the page "pagos y recargas"(payments and refills).
