The purpose of this study was to introduce the usage of an automated clinic record management system in clinics, and Brgy was chosen as the location. The initial implementation used Kalawaan Health Center as a case study to improve their services, especially in this digital era. Interviews, observation, and questionnaires were employed in the study, which was conducted using quantitative research methods. The researcher posed various questions, such as what are the challenges involved with using a manual/traditional record keeping system in the clinic. How can the current record management system be improved to save time and reduce human error in the record-keeping process? Respondents were picked at random from the clinic's clients and staff. After that, the findings are examined and presented in order to advertise the clinic's services.
