Due to the epidemic, the Guidance Office is currently experiencing a significant problem gap. Although PTC has technology, accessing guidance records has always been a problem, with cases of delayed records, incorrect records, and delays in issuing academic information all too common. As a result, the findings will reveal poor records management as the most serious problem facing the college. This study intends to develop a system for the Guidance Office Record System at Pateros Technological College, based on the conceptual records of students and to attain high-tech records in order to manage the PTC guidance office. In this context, a record system, is an administrative system that manages records and their information from creation through disposal. The retrieval of student data is an important feature of the information system; users can only access data that has been saved.
