Library management is a part of institutional management that focuses on issues specific to libraries and library management professionals. Normal managerial tasks, planning, organizing, book cataloguing is all part of library management. However, the current management of the Pateros Technological College library have been processing most of their management human effort like listing the data through papers and storing the data in a cabinet. For these reasons, the researchers came up to this study which is Pateros Technological College Web-based Library Management System.

One of the most dependable sites to find precise information is the internet. Students are still expected to use books from libraries for more accurate knowledge and as a reference in research and other school activities, despite the internet's dependable and faster manner of acquiring information.
