Use of Implementation Cycle
Our team meets once a month but last year due to COVID our group met once in October and once in January. Everyone in the committee is emailed to suggest topics to place on the agenda so they may be discussed. Through discussion we are able to come up with solutions or further discuss them within our grade level and support teams. Once topics have been agreed upon through all teams we vote for the most helpful solution to improve processes on our campus.
