Parklands College is a Pre-K to 12, Top 20, private, independent, co-educational school proudly representing the diverse culture in South Africa.

We encourage learners to effectively communicate ideas, work collaboratively, identify and solve challenges using creative and critical thinking, all while taking action to positively impact our global community.  This is our “Growing Minds” philosophy - the heartbeat to our expression of education. We provide a space which inspires our learners to explore their imaginations and live their creativity and passions through action and service.

“Reaching Outwards, Growing Minds, Building Futures”, our mission statement, concisely describes the core of our purpose, our “What”, “How” and “Why”.

Leveraging educational technology and a cutting-edge connected environment, our educators utilize new approaches to extend the learning experience. We encourage our learners to find their purpose through authentic, experiential project and challenge-based learning, enhanced by the integration of educational technology.

We provide our educators with an iPad, a MacBook and an Apple pencil. Every teaching venue has at least one Apple TV for Apple Airplay. 

All of our learners, from Grade 1 to 12 require an Apple device for learning. Learners from Grade 1 to 9 require an iPad. Learners from Grade 10 to Grade 12 have the option of using an iPad or MacBook.
