School Health Services - Family Handbook 

Our school nurses play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of our students. They collaborate closely with students, their families and caregivers, and primary healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. School nurses perform routine screenings, respond to injuries, illnesses, and emergencies, and provide referrals and care coordination. They also assist with family outreach, health counseling, and education. Together, our school health services team works with families and school staff to ensure that all students are healthy, supported, and ready to learn.
