To receive or continue to use a school-provided technology device, the parent/guardian and pupil must comply with the following provisions, as well as those outlined in the district’s Internet Safety and Technology Policy and the Electronic Communication Devices Policy.

This agreement must be physically or electronically signed by a parent or guardian to acknowledge consent to the policies and procedures outlined herein.
