The BCSS CAPE Resource Center is a one-stop information and assistance center open to everyone involved in the special needs community. The CAPE Center serves are a "clearinghouse" of knowledge of disability resources located throughout the region, and promotes awareness of and linkages to services, information, and resources. We offer information and educational webinars open to families and professionals. Additionally, we have two parent support groups that meet virtually on a monthly basis.
Our mission is to serve people with disabilities throughout their lifespan while connecting them to appropriate resources. Our services are provided at no cost. Please contact us for more information.

We help people with disabilities, their families, teachers, and employers identify and learn to use the technology that will be most effective in meeting their goals. This may be finding out how they can use technology to help read their college assignments, write and spell with increased accuracy, take notes, access the computer, communicate with others, keep organized, manage their time, and improve the accessibility of their home or workplace.
Services Provided: We provide assistive technology, home/workplace accessibility, and augmentative communication evaluations and trainings for people with disabilities to assist them with being more independent and efficient at the things they need to do at home, at school, and at work!

Name of Organization: Social Skills Building Network - NIPD/NJ
SSBN is a prevocational program for adults 18 and over who wish to improve their social interactions, job seeking and job maintaining skills, as well as decrease anxiety, form relationships, and build confidence. Skills are learned in a group setting through a structured year-long curriculum.
