Registration fee is an annual fee which students have to pay at the beginning of each academic year.

The cost of tuition fee for the Civil Engineering department is 2,250 USD per semester.

Start Foundation Year Studies or English Preparatory School
After completing all the enrollment processes, you will be informed whether you can start in Foundation Year Studies or English Preparatory School.

Depending on the applied study program, applicants may be required to sit for Math and/or English placement test
To be exempted from English language requirement, applicants must have at least one of the following:
Passing score from the Paragon International University English Proficiency Test
IELTS: 5.5 band
TOEFL iBT: 60 or above
GEP Level 12 Certificate from Australian Center for Education

Admission requirements
To be admitted to Paragon International University, all applicants will need to submit the following:
High school diploma or a letter from your school certifying that you graduated or will graduate this year.
A passing grade from the Grade 12 Exam (BAC II) for Cambodian applicants
Passport or Cambodian National ID card
4 photos (size 4*6)
Completed Application Form (The form can be obtained at the Front Desk on campus for $10)

Semester 1:

Semester 2:

Documents should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar at Paragon International University.
You can fill online application form and bring original documents to the Office of the Registrar.
