See participation requirements here.
Note: Grade 3 is also required to take MAP Fluency if students didn't participate in Fall or Winter testing.
MAP Fluency Testing: School Leaders, Coordinators, and proctors should review the BPS Guide to MAP Administration SY25–26.

NWEA MAP Reading Fluency (aka MAP Fluency) is a universal screening assessment that measures early literacy skills and oral reading fluency for emerging readers. MAP Fluency is a computer adaptive online assessment that adjusts, based on students' responses to previous questions.
In BPS, MAP Fluency is administered 3 times per year (Fall, Winter, and Spring) to Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade students AND to Grade 3 students 2 times per year.
