NIW:

1. I use words and phrases that show I have used my own ideas.

2. I take time to re-read my own writing to find my own mistakes and make it better.

3. I organise my narrative (made up stories) using paragraphs so that the events are in order 

4. I use words that I have been learning in our inquiry.

5. I use a variety of punctuation on purpose to make my writing interesting e.g. exclamation mark, speech marks.
