This term our goal is to be working towards our school cross country. To be sure you are ready make sure you use some of the time you are in isolation to go for a run/walk around your neighbourhood. (Tinana/Physical)

There is a separate page on this site to share about Mana Potential and a part of your school day includes a 2 daily check-in opportunities to review how you're doing emotionally. If you are not comfortable completing them please make sure you are talking about them with your whānau. (Mental and Emotional/Hinengaro)

Times can be difficult in isolation where you are having to interact with the same people day in and day out. Find ways to be kind. Here are some suggestions. If you can think of more add them to this padlet.

A great website for keeping active. May also have some ideas for movements you can incorporate in the challenge to create a song and actions that Whaea Angeline left us.
