With over 20 years of experience as a school counselor in Palm Beach County, I am deeply committed to helping students thrive—socially, emotionally, and academically. My educational journey began at Palm Beach State College, where I earned my Associate of Arts degree, followed by a Bachelor's and Master of Science in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I later earned my Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
I’m passionate about empowering students to discover their strengths and build the confidence and skills they need to succeed. I believe in the power of collaboration and enjoy working with families, staff, and the wider school community to support every student’s growth. I strive to spark learning, ignite passion, and help students find their purpose.
I’m excited to be part of the TCS family and look forward to making meaningful connections with our amazing students and families. Mwen pale Anglè ak Kreyòl!
At The Conservatory School, our counselors provide comprehensive support through individual counseling, small group sessions, and classroom guidance.
Individual Counseling focuses on the unique needs, concerns, and goals of each student. These one-on-one sessions are designed to foster meaningful dialogue, establish clear goals, and develop actionable plans for success. Our approach is eclectic, with an emphasis on the Solution-Focused method to address specific challenges effectively.
Individual counseling addresses three key domains:
Academic – Supporting students in achieving their educational goals.
Social-Emotional – Helping students develop emotional awareness, resilience, and positive relationships.
Career/School-Related Services – Guiding students in exploring future pathways and building essential skills for success.
Through these services, our counselors aim to empower students to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
As a school counselor, confidentiality is a cornerstone of building trust with students. However, there are specific situations where confidentiality must be broken to ensure the safety and well-being of the student or others. These limits include:

Guided activity to practice skill
Independent activity to show skill
