Chad Bryant is the newest addition to our team. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education from McNeese State University. He is an experienced adult education teacher, having taught both ESOL and ABE/GED® for more than 20 years in four states. He delights in working with students from varied cultures and backgrounds and believes all can succeed with the necessary support.
Latanywa Carter has worked in Palm Beach County School District since 1995. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Vocational Business Ed. from Southern University and A & M College, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She has taught various levels of academics. Currently teaching, training, and providing curriculum support to teachers, through the Community of Adult Education, district-wide. Her passion is seeing the delight when adult students reach their educational goals.
Lisa Anderson is a veteran member of the Adult and Community Education Department where she currently works in program administration and development. She is an advocate of adult ed learning and seeks to support student growth from Literacy to GED to Career Success.
Pamela has a passion for adult education and building capacity in students as well as teachers. Pamela loves technology, delights in learning, teaching, training and coaching. She works tirelessly to add value to others and stretch them towards their maximum potential. As the ESOL Program Specialist, she plans programming, provides curriculum and instructional support to sites and oversees the quarterly instructional staff PD initiative. In her own words " I consider It a blessing, an honor and a privilege that everyday I get to walk in my passion of serving adult learners and those that facilitate the learners' experience." Pamela is also a Certified Trainer who has facilitated conference sessions locally, state-wide and nationally. She holds her Associate in Data Management, and her Bachelor's in Communications.
Rona Barnett-Passard, ESOL Academic Coach and a recent addition to the Department of Adult Education, comes with years of experience as a teacher of English-for-Foreigners and French at various levels, an administrator, and a translator. She enjoys working with people and seeing them bloom where they are planted through quality instruction, motivation, access to useful resources and programs and an eclectic environment that is conducive to learning. Her role is to lend support to the process that will make this a reality.
Yves is a passionate ESOL Academic Coach who has previously spent many years working with non-profit organizations to uplift and empower non-native English speakers. With a heart for service and a deep understanding of the immigrant experience, he is committed to helping individuals build the language and job skills they need to thrive in their new communities. Yves holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and brings a strong track record of guiding immigrants and refugees toward self-sufficiency, confidence, and lasting success. His work is driven by a genuine belief in the power of education to transform lives.
