"This year my focus has been on screenwriting. I wrote a short screenplay in my sophomore year, and since then, I have wanted to continue writing it. After a year of researching, reading, and writing, I’ve completed a 55-page pilot episode from my original short film. This episode follows a grief-stricken college student after an experiment goes horribly wrong. I’m excited to explore other genres, continue writing in college, and learn more about the business side of filmmaking!"
