#Win@Social is our SEL online curriculum from The Social Institute. It is intended to bring healthy discussion to your classes and to support students fully.

After registering, you will log in at https://www.winatsocial.com/login
Go to the Curriculum lessons page https://www.winatsocial.com/dashboard/lessons/curriculum
Select your GRADE LEVEL and standard (E.G., “Cyberback”) and click “View Lesson.” Lessons can be broken down into 10-15 minute sessions or extend to 60 minutes.
If you’d like to practice, choose “Preview Lesson”
When it is time to run the activity in Advisory, choose “Host Lesson”. Click "Generate Code" and project or share your screen
Ask students to join the lesson by visiting WinAtSocial.com/Join and entering the Team Code. Many student iPads will already have a shortcut to the join page on the homescreen.
Remind students to keep their device awake during the game if at all possible.
Test the audio to make sure they can hear.
Run the game! Just follow the onscreen instructions. You can mute the music in the bottom right corner if you wish.
If there is time, run the Challenge activity that reinforces takeaways students learn during the lesson.

STRIKE A BALANCE: Balancing our time and attention on tech with the people around us.

★ Balancing your time on devices to reach your goals.
★ Recognizing the science behind screen time and social media.
★ Examining how technology shapes your school’s culture.
CYBERBACK: Having each others’ backs and supporting each other online.

★ Having others’ backs online if they are being bullied.
★ Energizing others by celebrating their wins, not just your own.
★ Calling out posts that cross the line and go against your values.
FIND YOUR INFLUENCERS: Surrounding ourselves with positive and credible influences.

★ Understanding who and what you follow influences your goals and values.
★ Filling your feed with people who support, respect, and inspire you.
★ Surrounding yourself with trusted and credible news sources.
USE YOUR MIC FOR GOOD: Using social media as a microphone to create meaningful change.

★ Amplifying your voice through thoughtful posts and campaigns.
★ Understanding the full story before judging and posting about others.
HANDLE THE PRESSURE: Finding your own path no matter the pressure from others.
