Any faculty and staff member can send print jobs to the Papercut system directly from their computers and retrieve them securely from any copier on campus. Each person has a code associated with their Google account. The print job will be released once you go to the copier of your choice and enter your individualized code or Google login.
To print to the copiers, you will need to install some software (on campus). The link http://10.1.22.30:9163/setup will download software to install on your computer. Sign in to the printer with your full Google email address and password. If prompted, save the password to your keychain to avoid having to do this every time and sign in with your Google account. Once installed, you will find a printer called “Python_PrintAnywhere.”
You can still make copies using your code if you don’t wish to print to the copier. Go to the copier, enter your code, and choose “Device.”
You must be on campus to access the software and print to the copiers.
While someone created this video for another school, it may be helpful to you in using the new copier.
Please note that you can scan directly to your email or Google Drive, but we do not have the fax capability.

Mother Goose 2nd flr end of hall.
JH copy room (1st floor)
Development (1341 top floor)
Any print job you send with your account will be charged directly to your budget. The prices for copies using this system are as follows:
Grayscale copies/prints: $.03 per page
Color copies/prints: $.25 per page
