SRI: School Reform Initiative
The School Reform Initiative is an independent, non-profit organization that works to create transformational learning communities and is fiercely committed to educational equity and excellence. One of the ways they work toward this mission is developing and maintaining resources to support collaborative adult learning including access to educator-developed protocols
Protocols are structured processes to support focused and productive conversations and build collective understanding. They can be used in department meetings, classes, student conferences, or any other setting where a structured conversion could be used. The following faculty members have been trained using SRI protocols and can assist faculty and staff with choosing an appropriate protocol, or serve as facilitators.
