PBL @ Paideia: an online, self-paced course 

The ile@p Project-Based Learning (PBL) online course is for teachers who are interested in implementing a PBL project in their classroom.  The self-paced course can be taken at any time and is designed to guide teachers in building the knowledge and key teaching practices to creating an engaging PBL unit. This course is ideal for teachers brand new to PBL, teachers with some PBL experience, and teachers with lots of PBL experience.

What to expect?

Eight online sessions (~45 minutes each) that will familiarize you with what PBL is and take you through each of the 7 essential project design elements*.

In addition to the online sessions, you will have four 30-minute sessions with ile@p to give you further support in planning and implementing a PBL unit specific to your learning goals.

Each module will consist of readings, videos, and the completion of planning guides.
