Field Day

We’re excited to invite our K–8 students to our annual Field Day on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at Ingram Park in Pittsburgh! This special in-person event is a chance for students to connect with their teachers and classmates, enjoy some active fun, and celebrate the end of another great school year.

🎯 What is Field Day?

Field Day is all about celebration, community, and school pride. With exciting outdoor activities, games, and a shared lunch, we aim to give our students a memorable day of connection and fun.

• Date: Tuesday, June 3, 2025

• Time: 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM

• Location: Ingram Park, 50 Ingram Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15205

• Who Can Attend: All K–8 PA Distance students who RSVP

🕐 Schedule Overview

• Students should attend Morning Meeting/CREW at 8:00 AM

• Families can check students in at the park beginning at 12:00 PM

• Field Day activities will run from 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM

• Dismissal and student pick-up will occur between 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM

👟 What to Wear & Bring

• Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothes (PA Distance t-shirts encouraged!)

• Sneakers or closed-toe shoes required

• Bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and hat or sunglasses

🍽️ Food & Snacks

Lunch and snacks will be provided for all students. Please let us know on the RSVP form if your child has allergies or dietary needs.

🚗 Parking

Free parking is available across the street at the Crafton Ingram Shopping Center (near PNC Bank).

☔ Weather Plan

We will closely monitor the forecast. In the event of inclement weather, students will participate in an online Field Day movie event instead. Details will be shared in at least 2 days in advance, if needed.

• If your student can’t attend Field Day in person, they’re invited to join our Virtual Game and Activities Extravaganza 🎮 instead. We’ll kick off the day with a cozy virtual movie session from 10:00–11:00 AM, so everyone can be part of the fun — wherever they are!
