ALL PARENTS AND GUARDIANS OF LIONS (Kindergarten) AND TIGERS (First Grade) NEED TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AS AN ADULT PARTNER.

Not all volunteers wear a uniform.  Parents are encouraged to help based on their hobbies, interests, what things they are good at, and above all a desire to help make the scout year a great one.   Please complete our Family Talent Survey.

BSA Medical Forms:

• • • Parts A and B are required for any overnight camping trip.  They Do Not require a doctor's physical & signature.

    • Parts A, B, and C are only required for trips longer than 72 hours and require a doctor's physical & signature.
