Fees and Fundraisers

National Level Membership Fees:

• $80 for Scouts BSA membership (will be prorated by month if scout joins during the year)

• $25 one-time joining fee for new program participants in Scouts BSA (not pro-rated) 

• $15 for Scout Life magazine (optional)

• $45 for all adult volunteers (includes cost of background check) 

Local Dues:

This stays with Pack 105, and is used for things such as awards, patches, camping permits, camping site fees, unit recharter fees, pinewoods derby cars, etc.

• $100 per year for local dues

• Sibling discount of $20 for second, third, etc. scout

• Fundraiser(s) can take care of this for you!

SCOUT ACCOUNTS: Pack 105 uses Scout Accounts to assist the scouts in earning money through fundraisers (and parental deposits) then spending the money on scouting activities such as campouts and annual pack dues. Any remaining funds from Pack 105 will be transferred into the scout's Troop account once they cross over. 

These accounts are set up as a matter of convenience for the participant(s) and are not mandatory.  You are always welcome to pay as you go.

All scout accounts must have a positive balance for any fees to be deducted.  We highly recommend participating in all fundraisers to help the parent’s wallet!  We want all scouts to be active and participate in as many activities as possible.
