Parent Meetings

You are the Committee!

In Cub Scouts, every parent is a part of the Committee, and always welcome at the pack committee meetings, aka Parent Meetings. 

Here, we line out the details for upcoming events, making sure we have the resources and volunteers and activities needed. This is also a great place to learn more about Scouting, get your questions answered, and find out how you can get more involved!

These meetings are casual - bring yourself, your planner, and your creativity!

September 7, 2025

November 9, 2025 Sundays @ 3:00 - 4:00 in Scout House

February 8, 2026

April 12, 2026 (2 hour annual planning meeting)

Note that kids may attend, but should be able to entertain themselves quietly, as there is no programming or outdoor supervision.

Visit the Training section of My.Scouting.Org to access the optional Pack Committee Member Training. This optional, but very useful, course is less than an hour, and will help you know what to expect at your first Parent Meeting!
