Survey findings are to be triaged in to: (1) Non-urgent; (2) Health and Safety; or (3) Urgent operational impact.
Health and Safety remedial works and Urgent remedial works are to be logged to the helpdesk.
Non-urgent remedial works may be included in the annual maintenance plan (SoPM), depending on their priority.
A Service Improvement Plan is to be developed to address non-urgent areas of non-compliance identified by the compliance review.
