Delivery of the Playbook is not a “business as usual” process. SPVs will require additional resource to compile base data, facilitate the survey and compliance review and deliver remedial works. 

Where the public sector grants survey relief, this will be linked to the scope of the survey and the payment of the surveyor’s fees. 

Correctly scoping the survey (accounting for factors such as fire safety and known issues) is key to enabling SPV/FM Co to deliver remedial works within relief periods.
