Introducing...The Big Bad Wolf!

We all know The Big Bad Wolf. You know, the sneaky wolf that loves to chase little pigs! The Big Bad Wolf had his annual check-up with his doctor last week. Let's just say...the doctor was not happy. The Big Bad Wolf has not been making healthy choices to fuel his body and aside from chasing the 3 little pigs, he spends most of his time watching TV and playing video games. The doctor suggested he find a nutritionist and fitness instructor to help him get into shape. This is where you come in! The next few days you will help The Big Bad Wolf get into the best shape of his life!

Before creating a fitness plan for The Big Bad Wolf, learn more about endurance and stamina. Remember, the only activity The Big Bad Wolf is used to, is chasing those little pigs around. What fun activities can you find online to help The Big Bad Wolf increase his endurance and strength?
