Issues Accessing Canvas:
Access Canvas by logging into your Student Portal (click here), and then clicking on the Canvas app.
If you are unable to login to your Student Portal then contact the Student Email Help Desk: helpdesk@cc.peralta.edu. Be sure to provide your full name, Peralta ID#, date of birth, and explain what happened.
If you are IN Canvas, but having issues:
When inside Canvas, students can click on the 'Help' icon in the global menu on the left and:
1. For Live Chat with Canvas Support click on the link 'Chat with Canvas Support (Student)'
2. For 24/7 Phone Support, use one of the numbers provided below.
3. Or email directly at canvas@peralta.edu. Include your full name, Peralta ID #, and date of birth.
