Troubleshooting Peralta

Fun Fact! Peralta has two different platforms: 

1. Canvas (course assignments, like Google Classroom)

2. Campus Solutions (Peralta account, transcript, email, etc)

The login "User ID" for both is →  YourPeraltaID@cc.peralta.edu

Your password for both is the original funky password you received in the email from admissions@peralta.edu when you first submitted a Peralta app (ever in life). But as soon as you reset your password on one of the platforms (for example Canvas), the password for that platform becomes different than the other platform. We advise you reset passwords on both your Campus Solutions Account + your Canvas Account at the same time, and make it the same password.
