Science Notebooks in OUSD

In OUSD, Science Notebooks are used in all science classes, grades K-12. Science Notebooks are personal representations of ideas, thinking, and scientific processes as they change over time. Through the use of Science Notebooks, students develop their writing and critical thinking skills as they engage in the Science and Engineering Practices of the Next Generation Science Standards.
