The school Day

The day is broken up into the following hours:

School begins: 9.00 am

Morning interval: 10.30 - 10.45 am

Lunch: 12.15 - 1.00 pm

End of school day: 3.00 pm

Here is an example of the school day at the beginning of Primary 1. As you can see it is broken up into much smaller chunks:

9.00-9.15am - Register, Lunches and Settling in task

9.15-9.45am - Free Flow Play

9.45-10.30am - Phonics Learning

10.30-10.45am - Play Time

10.45-11.30am - Number Work

11.30 -12.00pm - Free Flow Play

12.00-12.45pm - Lunch Time

12.45 -1.45pm - Outdoor Learning

1.45-2.40pm - Science

2.40-3.00pm - Milk and Story
