Only School provided devices can connect to OS-WIFI, for your own devices or phones connect to OS-Guest
You will need to have installed the certificate for the system before you are allowed to connect
If the sign-in page doesn't automatically popup, in your web browser go to http://bbc.com or http://1.1.1.1
If a sign-in page comes up, login using your school username and password
You should now be connected to the internet
Ensure that you have any VPN switched off before you connect
Pupils are only allowed to connect a maximum of 2 devices
Ensure you have Anti Virus installed on any device you connect to the School system (Including Mobile Phones)
Turn off your VPN (Virtual Private Network).
Quit Snapchat - it uses evasive protocol which can sometimes cause problems - read this.
Turn off WiFi Calling
Quit Tor browser or similar - if you don't know what this is then it is unlikely you have it installed.
Go to your Settings and forget the network OS-Guest.
Restart your Phone.
Reconnect to OS-Guest
Turn off your things like μTorrent.
Check your computer for malware (See here).
Restart your laptop.
Reconnect - didn't work? Try uninstalling all VPNs and Torrent clients.

You may have a DNS issue. If you cannot reach the Intranet (https://portal.oundleschool.org.uk ) but can reach external sites like the BBC then your DNS setting may be incorrect on your device. Please bring it to the IT Dept so we can help solve the problem.
