Equity Recommendations

At Risk, Special Education, English as a Second Language, and Talented and Gifted programming will be provided in all learning models.
Language and learning accommodations will be provided in all learning models.
Student identification for special programming will continue in all learning models.
As needed, OCSD will assist in providing internet access for those in need.
OCSD will provide devices for students K-12.

A-1 - Identify and meet the needs of target subgroups (e.g., students with IEPs, English language learners, gifted and talented)

A-2 - Identify learners who might be considered generally “At-Risk” for limited participation and/or engagement, independent of subgroup membership.
