Support Websites

If you are feeling a bit low, worried or stressed about things that are happening in your life, or someone else's these websites may assist. The following websites and online tools are available for students and whanau to explore and become informed.

School Support: You can talk with your school Guidance Counsellor. They may be able to help you themselves or may support you to talk to someone else. They are also able to assist with the referral to specialised support services.
