2025 Plan Year Options
ALL benefit-eligible employees who are waiving their medical insurance for the first time or are continuing to waive, MUST complete the online waiver process through the Benefitfocus website during the annual Open Enrollment period or within 30 days of a qualifying life event.
Employees who fail to complete the online waiver will not be eligible to receive Café Plan Cash and will be designated as a "Medical Waiver" until the next Open Enrollment period or within 30 days of a qualifying life event.
Employees who are covered through a different employer-sponsored medical plan, the military, Medicare / MediCal / Medicaid.
Exclusions: Individual health plans or coverage through The Marketplace do not qualify.Café Cash Amount:
