As we use the Farmigo numbers to provide accurate harvesting quantities, once the Farmigo store is closed, you can no longer make changes to your share. Check out the farmstand, as the items you are looking for may be there for sale there!
Also note: If you do not get to make swaps or do not want to, don't worry! Farmigo automatically accounts every member for the "as is" share if they do not make swaps or changes; so you can still pickup!
If you haven't already checked out the "pickup day problems" page, here is a quick rundown.
If you miss your pickup or forgot an item, email us at csa@ortfarms.com or call the stand at (908)-876-3351 by the end of your pickup day and we can arrange alternate pickup for the following day. You will have 24 hour time frame to pickup your share after calling or emailing. There will be a $5 if you continue to miss pickup.
If you miss your pickup for the week, we will donate your share to a local food pantry.
You CANNOT just show up in the farmstand if you missed your CSA pickup or forgot to pickup an item. You must email csa@ortfarms.com to see what your options are.
If you can't pickup, you can certainly have a friend, neighbor, or family member pickup your share for you. Please provide them with your list of items, bags, and the correct pickup times! We will happily assist them at the time of pickup.
Please note: Doubling up on the following week is NOT an option
First, make sure you are logged on! Often times the Farmigo Store screen will look as if you are signed in, bu you actually aren't!

If you forgot to pickup your add-on option (eggs,milk, cheese. etc), we will know! We get an accurate count of how many we will need to the week. Send us an email or call us in order to arrange pickup. You have until the end of the next day to pick up these items!
